The in-house digital editing capability of the Sanner Team makes it possible to clean up a photograph without altering the facts that the photograph represents. The photo of a backyard pool below is a good example. The shot on the left was an aerial photo made on an overcast and windy day about eight weeks after the pool had been closed and covered. The pool cover had become dirty and the wind had blown a few items where they didn't belong. Using digital editing, the pool cover was "cleaned" and the clutter removed. The resulting photo is an accurate representation of how the pool yard looked the day the pool cover was installed. The home in the photo on the right looks better, and is more likely to attract a showing. It is this kind of attention to detail that sets the Sanner Team apart from other Realtors.
